Have Springtails Infested Your NY, NJ or CT Property?

1/32″ to 1/8″ long and whitish-gray with two antennae. They look like they are hunched over. Black hairs are common of the top of this pest.

Springtails are a moisture-driven pest. They will enter around piping and cracks in doors, and they are attracted to light. They will feed on dead plants and fungi.

How do they affect me?

Springtails are a nuisance pest, and do not cause any type of damage.

What should I do?

Since they are moisture-driven, you must eliminate the moisture issue that they are attracted to. Springtails are covered under our Home Pest Prevention program.
