Doing a great job keeping the bugs away!

I became a JP McHale customer several years ago after frustrations with ants and other bugs in our house. I have not had a problem with bugs since. I also had a annoying mouse issue last winter and the guys put a few bait traps around the house and eliminated the problem. They are. very responsive when you call them and do a great job.

JP McHale was very good (and patient!) in helping us determine the best but most economical recurring schedule for our needs. And they provide a complimentary follow-up service call when needed to assess our needs. They have arranged time of service calls to accommodate our schedule when really necessary. The professional who came was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and communicative, and offered great advice on questions we didn’t even know to ask. Obviously, we are very happy customers!

The Technicians are very friendly, thorough, and professional. They remediated my carpenter ants and pavement ants. They treat my property for ticks and mosquitos. Very fair price. I also have their annual lawn care protection plan and my lawn has never looked better!

Get a contract. We barely see any critters between when they come for preventive maintenance. Over the time that I have been with them, they have come usually in 1-3 days if we put on a request. They have taken time and noticed possible entry points so I could fix them and where they can breed. I additionally got there tick and mosquito service this year and it is very noticeable vs the service I received last year from a different company.

I don’t think I’ve ever used such a good company for anything. They know their business. Fast, efficient for sure and extremely professional and kind. The whole company is very friendly like they know you’re having a major problem going on and understand 100%. Very affordable too. 2-3 weeks and the problem is under control. It’s amazing how fast they handled our situation.

Last winter, we had a terrible ant problem. We had our regular technician out, he tried to rectify the problem, it helped, but did not get rid of the problem. I called and explained that there were like 1000 ants in my kitchen every day, and that I was afraid to cook. They were everywhere, in the sink, countertops, drawers, dishwasher.. it was awful. I called explaining my despair, and a supervisor was sent out. Juan was amazing. He found the entry points, treated appropriately, returned two weeks later to follow up. It was life changing, the problem was contained.
To this day, I worry about any food being left on the counter since during our ant problem, the ants had no boundaries. Thank goodness, I have not seen an ant since Juan saved the day.
