This test is written only and forces companies to perform a certain amount of training before technicians can perform pest control services in the field.

Termite control regulations in Connecticut are very reasonable.  They allow a pest management professional to employ all options when customizing a termite mitigation strategy for a client.  Many effective products are approved for use and the regulating Department of Environmental Protection could not be more helpful in thinking about the best option for the environment and investing client.

Connecticut has a neighbor notification law that makes a lot of sense. Neighbors who desire notification, prior to someone’s pesticide application, are required to notify the CT DEP.  The DEP then sends this list to all registered pesticide applicators.  Applicators can then contact all who care to be involved prior to any pesticide applications.
