In Connecticut we currently service all of Fairfield County. Connecticut has a neighbor notification law that makes a lot of sense. Neighbors who desire notification, prior to someone’s pesticide application, are required to notify the CT DEP. The DEP then sends this list to all registered pesticide applicators. Applicators can then contact all who care to be involved prior to any pesticide applications.
